Callenback and Bessie Lee Elrod Callenback. He was a retired carpenter and United States Army World War II veteran.Survivors include his wife, Ellen L. Jennings Callenback of California; a son, Boyd Lee Callenback of Anderson, SC and Avery Joe Callenback, Sr., of Palo Alto, CA; a daughter, Nancy C. Crump of Gastonia, NC; sisters, Bertha Guest and Christeener Callenback, both of Anderson SC, Mildred Lollis and Pauline Davis, both of Powdersville, SC; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 18, 2005 at 3:30 pm at Forest Lawn Memorial Park by the Reverend Chris Sustar.
