Hershel Lee Clark Anderson, SC Mr. Hershel Lee Clark of Anderson, SC died at his home on Monday, December 8, 2014 in the company of his dear family. Hershel was the proud husband to Juanita Marie Clark of their residence. He was the Owner and Operator of J & H Renovation and working was his hobby. Hershel was the son of the late Joe Lee and Francis Carroll Clark. He was 71 years of age and was a US Army, Vietnam War Veteran. Hershel is survived by his loving wife: Juanita Marie Clark; five daughters: Debbie Ethridge of Hartwell, GA, Lori McCurry (Ronnie) of West Union, SC, Penny Standridge (Lalon) of Anderson, SC, Candace McCurry (Tony) of Anderson, SC, and Susan Brock (Calvin) of Anderson, SC; two sons: Larry Dyer (Kim) of Memphis, TN and Marty Lee Clark of Hartwell, GA; 18 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Ronnie McCurry and Tony McCurry speaking. Interment will follow in the New Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery with Military Honors. The Clark family will receive friends from 6-8:00pm on Tuesday evening, December 9, 2014 at the funeral home. At other times, the Clark family will be at the home of Candace and Tony McCurry.
