Hunter Douglas Locke, age 22, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2025.

Born June 18, 2003, in Augusta, GA, he was the son of Tracey Douglas Locke and Gretchen Fulton Locke. He is also survived by his brother, Colin Locke; grandparents, Gary and Brenda Fulton, Doug and Andrea Locke.

Hunter was a vibrant young man who had the biggest smile that brightened up a room. He touched countless lives through his kindness and selfless dedication to helping others. He thrived on the farm, finding joy in riding the tractor and caring for his cattle. A committed fitness enthusiast, Hunter could often be found at the gym. He proudly served as a volunteer fireman at Center Rock Volunteer Fire Department, embodying courage and community spirit. Hunter had a deep love for the Lord and was a member of Concord Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held Friday, November 21, 2025 from 5-7pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. A service will be held at Concord Baptist Church on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 11:00 am with Pastor Don Cox, Pastor Jay Conner and Pastor Michael Kinard officiating. Interment will follow at Roberts Presbyterian Church Mausoleum.

As we say goodbye to this remarkable young man, we are reminded of the countless ways he made the world a brighter place. Hunter's legacy of generosity, kindness, and faith will continue to inspire us all. May he rest in peace, knowing he was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.

The family ask that all guest dress in their boots and jeans or casual attire in honor of Hunter.

The family requests no flowers and would suggest memorial donations be made in Hunter's memory to Center Rock Volunteer Fire Department, 5125 Dobbins Bridge Rd., Anderson, SC 29626.
