RICHARDSON September 24, 1938 - May 11, 2006ANDERSON, SCMrs. Ida Mae Richardson, age 67, of 802 Elizabeth Street, died Thursday, May 11, 2006 at her residence.Born in Iva, SC on September 24, 1938, Mrs. Richardson was a daughter of Janie Mae Fair of Anderson and the late O'Neal Fair. She formerly owned the Richardson Boarding Care from 1990 to 2001. She was currently employed with the City of Anderson as a crossing guard at McCants Middle School for many years. She was a member Royal Baptist Church and a member of the Ladies Pulpit Aid Committee. Survivors include her husband, John Black of Anderson, SC; sons, Claude Richardson, Jr., of Florence, SC and Theron Richardson of Anderson, SC; a daughter, Sabrina C. Richardson of Anderson, SC; brothers, Luther Jones of Iva, SC, Tony Fair of Anderson, SC; sisters, Alice Fair and Mary Fair, both of Anderson, SC and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Claude Richardson and a brother, Prince Freeman.The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2006 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home officiated by the Rev. Sammy Stewart, Dr. Julius Sipio and Rev. L. E. Thompson.
