ANDERSON, SC'Mrs. Edna Inez Ferguson Hudson, age 94, of 2407 Boyce Avenue, Anderson, SC died Saturday, October 8, 2005 at Hospice of the Upstate in Anderson.Born in Hart County, GA, Mrs. Hudson was the daughter of the late Lester and Annie Brown Ferguson, and the wife of the late William F. (Bill) Hudson. In addition, she was predeceased by two brothers, Roland and Leland Ferguson and one sister, Peggy Ferguson Hilliard. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Dr. and Mrs. A. Ronald Cowley (Linda) of Greenville, SC; her son, William Donald Hudson of the home; and two grandsons, Jason Andrew Cowley and his wife, Jennifer of Matthews, NC and Michael Scott Hudson of Valdosta, GA.She was a 1932 graduate of the Anderson Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, Anderson, SC and was active in her profession until she was 80. Mrs. Hudson was a member of First Baptist Church in Anderson. She was also an avid gardener, who loved flowers and spent much of her spare time in her yard caring for her many plants.The family is at the home of Dr. and Mrs. Cowley, 305 Bridgewater Drive, Greenville, SC.
