Inez Horne Lollis, age 93, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2016 at NHC of Anderson. Born in Madison County, GA, she was the daughter of the late Robert Lee Horne and the late Callie Freeman Horne. Inez was a member of Belmont Church of God of Prophecy. She is survived by her loving daughter, Diann McAlister and her husband Billy; three grandchildren, Kim Rhodes and her husband Barry, Brian Lollis and his wife Heather, and Kristie Hawkins and her husband Shannon; and five great-grandchildren, Briana and Ethan Lollis, Crate Rhodes, Ethan and Olivia Hawkins. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Cecil Lollis; and a loving son, Jimmy Lollis. The Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Bishop Alan Rhodes officiating. Interment will follow at New Silver Brook Cemetery. The family will receive friends, prior to the service on Wednesday, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
