Jimmy "J. P." Wicker Townville, SC Jimmy "J.P." Wicker, age 66, of Townville, SC, passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2014, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born in Anderson, he was the son of the late James Woodrow Wicker and the late Hattie Louise Smith Wicker. He worked as a Barber for many years. Jimmy attended Double Springs Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Carlie Brogden Wicker; three daughters, Cyndy Wicker Sanders and her husband Kit, of Anderson, Angie Wicker Adams, of Anderson, SC and Jamie Wicker Perdue and her husband Mark, of St. Robert, MO; two step-daughters, Seana Klokocnik and her husband George, of Townville, SC and Jaime Ashworth, of Anderson, SC; a sister, Sandra Wicker Burgess and her husband Tommy, of Anderson, SC.; and ten grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Gene Wicker. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at Double Springs Baptist Church with Reverend Kyle Caudell, Reverend Royce Addis and Reverend John Marshall Daniel officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 29, 2014, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Flowers will be accepted.
