He served in the United States Army during World War II and retired from the Singer Corporation. Mr. Craft was of the Baptist faith and attended New Prospect Baptist Church.Survivors include his wife, Helen Harbin Franks Craft, of the home; son, Jimmy Craft and wife, Nancy of Williamston, SC; daughter, Debra Pilgrim and husband, Randy of Anderson, SC; stepdaughter, Nancy Hampton and husband, James of Anderson, SC; sisters: Helen Sullivan of Fair Play, SC, and Inez Spears of Anderson, SC; five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.The Funeral Service will be held at 11:30 am on Saturday, January 8, 2011, in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home conducted by the Reverend Dale Hart.
