James Ronald Frazier, age 68, of 1430 Grady Hall Road, husband of Patricia Davis Frazier of the home, died Tuesday, June 9, 2008, at AnMed Health Medical Center.Formerly of Baltimore, MD, he was born on January 21, 1940, in Wayne, West Virginia, and was a son of Lawrence Maxwell Frazier of Baltimore, MD, and the late Agnes Fraley Frazier. He was a 1958 graduate of Dundalk High School in Maryland, and was a member of Boy Scouts of America for 25 years as a Scout, Troop Leader and a Commissioner. He retired from A&P Grocery Chain as a Produce Manager, was a life long member of the Moose Lodge, Baltimore, MD, a member of the Army National Guard and a member of Bible Baptist Church.In addition to his wife and father, Mr. Frazier is survived by his son Tony Frazier and wife Rachel, Piedmont; daughters, Cindy Whitfield and husband Larry, Starr, and Debbie Haga and husband Donnie, Anderson; brothers Kenneth and Donald Frazier, Baltimore, MD, and 6 grandchildren, John and Patricia Whitfield, Elizabeth Haga, and James, Sarah and Emma Frazier.The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2008, at 12 noon, in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Reverend Ken Whitt and Reverend Crate Murphy officiating. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.The family will receive friends Thursday from 10:30 AM until 11:30 AM at The McDougald Funeral Home.The family will be at the home.Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Bible Baptist Church, 509 Old Asbury Road, Anderson, SC 29625.A message of condolence may be sent to the family by visitingwww.mcdougaldfuneralhome.com.The McDougald Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
