James Ronald Frazier, age 68, of 1430 Grady Hall Road, husband of Patricia Davis Frazier of the home, died Tuesday, June 9, 2008, at AnMed Health Medical Center.Formerly of Baltimore, MD, he was born on January 21, 1940, in Wayne, West Virginia, and was a son of Lawrence Maxwell Frazier of Baltimore, MD, and the late Agnes Fraley Frazier. He was a 1958 graduate of Dundalk High School in Maryland, and was a member of Boy Scouts of America for 25 years as a Scout, Troop Leader and a Commissioner. He retired from A&P Grocery Chain as a Produce Manager, was a life long member of the Moose Lodge, Baltimore, MD, a member of the Army National Guard and a member of Bible Baptist Church.In addition to his wife and father, Mr. Frazier is survived by his son Tony Frazier and wife Rachel, Piedmont; daughters, Cindy Whitfield and husband Larry, Starr, and Debbie Haga and husband Donnie, Anderson; brothers Kenneth and Donald Frazier, Baltimore, MD, and 6 grandchildren, John and Patricia Whitfield, Elizabeth Haga, and James, Sarah and Emma Frazier.The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2008, at 12 noon, in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Reverend Ken Whitt and Reverend Crate Murphy officiating.
