Ronnie Gambrell, age 73, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Friday, December 19, 2025, at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital.

Born September 9, 1952, in Anderson, SC, he was the son of the late William and Louise Gambrell. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Deborah Gambrell; a niece, Heather Chandler and a nephew, Trey Hanks.

Ronnie attended McDuffie High School, where he formed lasting friendships and connections that stayed with him throughout his life. He later became a well-known local businessman. Along with his wife, Deborah, he was the owner of Best Jewelers and Anderson Gun and Pawn for many years. He greatly enjoyed watching football, spending time outdoors, especially camping and taking beach trips with family and friends.

He is survived by his daughter, Jill Gambrell Hutchins; grandson, Rockford Hutchins; mother-in-law, Janelle Hanks; sister Barbara Gambrell Junkins; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at 10:00 am at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens with Scott King officiating.

The family will be at the home of the daughter, Jill.
