Born on March 25, 1959 in Anderson, he was a son of Betty Jeannette Ross Kelley and the late Clayton Leon Kelley. Mr. Kelley was a member of Orrville Pentecostal Holiness Church where he was very active in the youth ministry. He was also a former commander of Royal Rangers. In addition to his mother, Mr. Kelley is survived by his wife Laura Lynn Robinson Kelley of the home; children: James Scott Kelley of Anderson, Jeremy Shane Kelley of Anderson, Jennifer Leigh Kelley of Abbeville, Stephanie Renee Holbrooks and her husband Derrick Holbrooks of Starr, and Clayton Ross Kelley of the home; sister: Vickie Brucke and husband Maurice Brucke of Starr; brothers: David Wayne Kelley of Anderson and Anthony Paul Kelley and wife Christine Kelley of Anderson; grandchildren: Lauren Kelley, Chandler Robinson, Calla Holbrooks, Brooklyn Kelley, Shiloh Holbrooks, Madison Kelley, Emmalee Kelley. In addition to his father, Mr. Kelley was preceded in death by a brother, Carroll E. Kelley and an infant grandson, Joe Lee Prince. The Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday, May 8, 2008 in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home conducted by the Reverend Walt Monroe and the Reverend Dr. Frank Whitfield. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Wednesday, May 7, 2008. The family is at the home of his mother, 3312 Berry Lane.
