James Marshall McDaniel, age 46, passed away on Monday, September 19, 2016 at his residence. Born in Bexar County, TX, he was the son of Joe Cornelius McDaniel of Anderson, and the late Patricia Ridgeway McDaniel. He proudly served in the Army Reserves for six years. He formerly worked with Indexx Printing and was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. In addition to his father he is survived by his brother, Drew McDaniel and his wife Maili, of Kelso, WA; a sister, Eva Addison and her husband Dale, of Anderson, SC; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews who loved him dearly; and his beloved dog "Hershey". The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 23, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with President David Garner officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will be at the home of his sister, Eva Addison, 2604 Bellview Road, Anderson, SC 29621 and will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, September 22, 2016 from 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Flowers will be accepted.
