JAMES CLAYTON SULLIVAN April 22, 1933 - October 8, 2013 WILLIAMSTON, SC James Clayton Sullivan, age 80, of Williamston, SC, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2013. Born in Fair Play, SC, he was the son of the late Alton Sullivan and the late Opel Stone Sullivan. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was employed at Southern Weaving for many years. James was a member of Beaverdam Baptist Church. He is survived by his son, Mike Sullivan and his wife Lissa, of Pickens, SC; a brother, Joe Sullivan, Fair Play, SC; four grandchildren, Chris Sullivan, Lacie Sullivan Brown, Brooke Moon and Preston Barger; three great-grandchildren, Mitchell Watson, Sully Brown and Jacob Sullivan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 5 sisters and 1 brother. The Funeral service will be held on Friday, October 11, 2013, at 2:00 PM at Beaverdam Baptist Church in Williamston, SC with Reverend W. Chris Huff officiating. Interment will follow at Beaverdam Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Thursday, October 10, 2013 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
