James White, age 55, passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born in Anderson, SC on September 3, 1960, he was the son of James G. White and Sarah Rogers Walls. He was a 1978 graduate of Westside High School and was employed with Basic Concepts for more than 15 years. He is survived by his wife, Melodye Pugh White; his children, Angelica Willingham, Jamie Truesdale and her husband Antione "Beebo", and Matthew White and his wife Kristine; a sister, Sherry Wentzky, and her husband Bryan; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, Alan White. The Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with his son, Matthew, officiating.
