Jane B. Shaw, 96, of Sunrise, FL passed away on May 2nd, 2016. Jane was born on March 27, 1920 in Toccoa, GA and grew up in Anderson, SC. She officially moved to South Florida in 1956 along with her husband Harold C. Shaw and her daughter Linda Shaw Molenari and was a resident of Broward County, FL for 50 years. Jane had such a huge heart, which led her to being a caretaker of disabled children showering them with her love. She is survived by her daughter: Linda Shaw Molenari of Sunrise, FL; two granddaughters: Amy (Bret) Ostrager of Tamarac, FL and Lisa (Marc) Sachs of West Palm Beach, FL.; two great-grandchildren: Marc Sachs, Jr. and Tristan J. Sachs both of West Palm Beach, FL; one sister: Bonnie Todd; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Duard A. Browning and Maye R. Browning, Jane was preceded in death by Harold Shaw and her sister: Frances Elrod. A memorial service is planned on June 30th, 2016 in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home at 2:00 pm with the Dr. Ray Grant officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Anderson, SC.
