She was a member of First Baptist Church of Pendleton.She is survived by her children, Mark Evans of Tecumseh, MI, Steven Evans of Frederick, MD, and Kim Barton of Lawrenceville, GA; five grandchildren, Mike Evans, Whitney Garner, Taylor Clements, and Logan and Kaitlyn Barton; and one sister, Dorothy Cole of Tarpon Springs, FL.In addition to her parents, Mrs. Evans is predeceased by her husband, Robert Wilson Evans and a sister, Bonnie Jo Steen.A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at 10:00am at The McDougald Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Courtney Krueger officiating.
