Janice Blanche Bracken Horne, age 80, of Williamston, SC passed away on Tuesday, September 05, 2017 at Rainey Hospice House. Born on September 28, 1936, in Liberty, SC, she was a daughter of the late Samuel Jackson Bracken and the late Eula Bagwell Bracken. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Dean Horne. She was the owner of Hot Dog Heaven. She is survived by her sons, Samuel "Sammy" Horne of Williamston, SC and Neil Horne of Belton. There will be no services held at this time.
