Slaton of Starr and the late Larry Allen Goolsby. He attended Crescent High School and Tri-County Technical College. He was a member of Varennes Heights Baptist Church and a former Eagle Scout.Survivors include his mother of Starr; brothers, Jamie Goolsby of Anderson and Josh Goolsby of Starr; grandmother, Estelle Dillard of Anderson, aunt and uncle, Sandra and Leslie Hill of Anderson; cousin, Edmond 'Tripp' Millar of Mount Pleasant, SC and his faithful dog, Harley.The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2006 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home officiated by the Rev. Dr. Kirt Mitchell.
