Jeanette Ebernickle Speight, age 81, wife of the late Frank Allan Speight, Sr., passed away on Monday, August 17, 2015 at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born on October 13, 1933 in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Arlie Ebernickle. Jeanette was a graduate of Girl's High and retired from Belk Department Store. She was a member of Roberts Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her children, Allan Speight, Jr. (Tania), Ricky Speight (Cindy), Brian Speight (Kristin), Mark Speight, Rosemary Emory, Kathy Wilson, and Amy Stone; brother, Edward Ebernickle; sister, Kitty Burge (Bob); eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two daughters, Susan and Julia Speight; and a brother, Pete Ebernickle. The Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2015, at 2:00 p.m at Roberts Presbyterian Church Cemetery. The family will be at 302 Hopewell Ridge Road, Anderson, SC 29621.
