JEANNETTE SCOTT August 10, 1951 - August 27, 2012 STARR, SC Marilynn Jeannette Moore Scott, age 61, of 126 Crawford Road, Starr, passed away on Monday, August 27, 2012 at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born in Anderson, she was the daughter of Mrs. Tempie Dunn Moore of Anderson and the late William David Moore, Sr. She was a Customer Service Representative with JPS Composites and a member of the National Rifle Association. In addition to her mother, survivors include her loving husband, Butch Scott of the home; a son, Keith Scott and his wife April of Starr; two daughters, Andrea Bain and her fianc Jack of Honea Path, and Natalie Scott of Starr; two brothers, David Moore, Jr. and Perry Moore, both of Anderson; and six grandchildren, Parker, Katy, Courtney, Lauren, Nicole and Jianna. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Ann Moore and a brother, Jackie Moore. The Memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 30, 2012 at 7:00 PM at the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home. The family will be at the residence and also at the home of her mother, Tempie Moore, 215 Elrod Road, Anderson, SC. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Flowers will be accepted.
