Jeffrey Alan Winkler Townville, SC Jeffrey Alan Winkler, age 53, passed away on Tuesday, September 9, 2014, at his residence. Born in Atlanta, GA, on November 16, 1960, he was the son of William Kenneth Winkler, of Atlanta, GA and the late Mattie Belle Ramsey Winkler. Jeffrey was Carol Garnier's partner in life for 23 years, until her death earlier this year. He was a hard worker, an avid golfer and was passionate about UGA Football. He was a beloved son and dear friend to many. Funeral service times will be announced at a later time by the family.
