Jennie Erwin Smith, 93, of Anderson, SC passed away on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Rainey Hospice House. Born May 3, 1925, in Anderson, SC, she was a daughter of the late, William G. Erwin and the late Irene Milam Erwin. She was also preceded in death by one brother, three sisters and a grandson, Chad R. Smith. Jennie retired from Independent Mail and was a member of Central Presbyterian Church. She loved gardening, knitting and cooking. She is survived by her son, Bob Smith (Jean); grandson, Todd L. Smith; and three great grandchildren. The graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at Mt. Zion Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
