Linda "Jerrie" Leopard passed away peacefully at her home on December 1, 2016 and went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at the age of 73 years old. Born in Anderson, SC, only July 7, 1943, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence Gus Smith and the late Mittie Mae Smith. Predeceased by her son, Danny McAlister and brothers, Marvin L. Smith and Joe David Smith; she is survived by her sons, Thomas and Gary McAlister and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Jason, Heather, Amanda, Chawn, Logan, Skye, Daniel, Cody, Matthew, Traci and Taylar; 15 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Margaret L. Reed, Betty Blair, Clifford L. Smith and John L. Smith. The funeral service will be held on Monday, December 5, 2016 at 3:30pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Reverend Sam Duncan officiating.
