She was a member of Saint Mary of the Angels Catholic Church.She was survived by her significant other, Thomas Ruhland; daughter, Jherica Perkins; son, Sgt. Christopher Perkins; grandchildren, Marisa Perkins, David Perkins, Tetsuko Smith and Matthew and Joseph Stakely; sisters, Mary Perkins, Kory Perkins; brother, Sgt. Major David Perkins; nieces, Melissa Curry, Hana Alexander, Leea Perkins, Courtney Perkins; nephews, Zac Alexander, David Curry and his wife, April and great niece Evelyn Curry.The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2009 at 11:00 am at Saint Mary of the Angels Catholic Church officiated by the Reverend Father Aubrey McNeil, OFM.
