Anderson, SC Jerry Lynn Reed Jerry Lynn Reed, age 71, husband of Margaret Smith Reed, passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Sacramento, CA on December 3, 1943, Mr. Reed was the son of the late Otto Reed and Berlie Henson Myers. He served in the United States Navy and was a retired sign painter. He ran a booth at the Jockey Lot and other area flea markets. Surviving is his wife of the home; daughter, April Johnson and her husband, Cedric of Anderson, three grandchildren, Cortavious, Brittney and Mason; sisters, Donna Luther of Anderson, SC, Linda Gilman and Judy Myers, both of Oregon and brother, Terry Myers of California He was preceded in death by brothers, Larry and Lonnie Myers. The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Thursday, May 14, 2015 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
