Jerry Lee Williamson, 70, of Belton, SC, passed away Sunday, November 29, 2020, at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born November 16, 1950 in Anderson, SC, he was the son of the late Albert M. Williamson and Mary Davis Williamson. Jerry was a veteran of the United States Navy and retired from Duke Energy Lee Steam Station in Pelzer. He was a member of NewSpring Church and enjoyed serving as a KidSpring greeter. He is survived by his devoted wife of 40 years, Charlene Mitchell Williamson of the home; son, Dwayne Williamson (Michelle) of Belton, SC; daughters, Michelle Howard (Jay) of Pelzer, SC and Rebecca Williamson of Belton, SC; brothers, Billy Williamson (Gaynell) of Anderson, SC, Tony Williamson (Linda) and Larry Williamson (Pat) both of Belton, SC; sisters, Mary Ann Sanders and Sara Brown both of Anderson, SC; sisters-in -law, Evelyn Williamson and Carolyn Williamson both of Anderson, SC; and grandchildren, Clay Williamson, Sarah Williamson, Avery Arflin, Halston Howard, Wesley Howard and Jacey Howard. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Mandy Williamson; and brothers, Jimmy and Mickey Williamson. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at 3:00 p.m. at M.J. Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery with Rev. Jay Howard officiating.
