Jessy Kenneth Holbrooks, age 19, of Iva, SC, passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, in West Palm Beach, FL.

Born February 16, 2006 in Anderson, SC, he was the son of Joshua Cortez Holbrooks and Whitney Leigh Helms. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Kent Holbrooks, Robert (Bob) Jones and his sweet baby Holbrooks.

He worked at Place Services, Inc., as a plumber doing industrial and commercial construction. Jessy took a special interest in many different things. He enjoyed nature and being outdoors, particularly waterfalls. He loved everything fast, especially roller coasters and cars and liked to take things apart to see how they worked. Shopping, especially for shoes, and playing video games were among his favorite pastimes.

He is survived by his parents, Joshua Cortez Holbrooks (Kristy) of Anderson and Whitney Leigh Helms (Randy) of Iva; siblings, Macey Holbrooks (Tristan), Baleigh Holbrooks, Gabe Helms (Melissa), Cameron Helms (Mackenzie), Kyndall Helms, Kelsi Crowe (Matthew) and Olivia Holbrooks (Ethan); nieces and nephews, Jakobe Parker, Aria Parker, Kentley Crowe, Langston Crowe and Elliott Soto; girlfriend, Breanna Barnett; stepson, Josiah Hanie; grandparents, Larry and Cindy Anderson, Susanne Davis (Rick), and grandmother, Brenda Jones and all of his aunts, uncles and cousins.

No services will be held at this time.
