Joe David Sullivan, age 71, passed away on Tuesday, May 03, 2016 at the Rainey Hospice House in Anderson, SC. Born in Anderson, SC, on August 1, 1944, he was the son of the late Alton Sullivan and the late Opal Stone Sullivan. He retired from Southern Weaving after many years' service. He was a member of Oakdale Baptist Church. Joe's favorite pastime was spending time with those he loved. He is survived by his daughter, Donna Sullivan Graff and her husband Paul, of Moncks Corner, SC; two grandchildren, Tabetha Gray and her husband Brandon, and Cody Graff and his wife Lauren; and three great-grandchildren, Braylon Gray, Austin Gray, and Lane Graff. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five sisters and two brothers. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 6th, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home officiated by Rev. Dr. David Blizzard. A private burial will be held at a later date. The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home.
