Mr. Drawdy was the retired operator and owner of John's Welding, Inc. on South Main Street.Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Judy Mize Drawdy, of the home; two daughters: Marilyn Dunn and husband, Ken, and Renae Hawks and husband, Chris; a brother, Tom J. Drawdy of Anderson, SC; and three grandchildren: Amber Dunn, Reid Dunn, and Cabble Hawks.A Graveside Service will be held at 2 pm on Thursday, October 15, 2009, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park conducted by the Reverend Steve Silvey.
