JOHN MUMBLOWApril 29, 1932 -March 16, 2012ANDERSON, SCJohn Mumblow, age 79, of 610 Winston Drive and husband of Grace Turpin Mumblow, passed away Friday, March 16, 2012, at the Rainey Hospice House.Born in Plattsburg, NY, John was the son of the late John Joseph Mumblow and Florence Jeanette Wells Mumblow. He graduated from Plattsburg High School and retired from Infinger Trucking Corporation as a truck driver. He was a Veteran of the US Army and served in the Korean Conflict. He was a member of Orrville Baptist Church.He is survived by his wife, of the home; son, Richard Burnette, Jr. and his wife, Nancy, of Harker Heights, TX; daughters, Joann Nash and her husband, Alex, of Anderson, SC and Patricia Leslie of Baltimore, MD; brother, Robert Mumblow and his wife, Sheree of Chadbourn, NC; grandchildren, Chris Mumblow and his wife, Katie, Robbie Weaver and his wife, Heather, Chelsea Burnette, Adam Burnette, Erica Burnette, and Travis Whitlock.He was predeceased by his parents, a daughter, Debra Hart, and a sister, Helen Ambroselli.The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home on Sunday, March 18, 2012 at 2:00 pm officiated by the Reverend Dr. Wendell Bannister. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Military Honors. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, March 17, 2012, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
