He was a 1990 graduate of Oakwood Christian School and was in the United States National Guard. He was a carpenter with Charlie Brown Builders and was the drummer for the former Fisher's of Men Gospel Band.He is survived by his wife, Tonya Hurt Selman of the home; daughters, Elise Selman and Gracelyn Selman, both of the home; parents, Tommy Selman of Anderson and Kay Brown Selman of Anderson; brother, Michael Fowler of Anderson; sister, Melody Bowers of Pendleton; grandparents, Oliver and Ruby Lee Selman of Anderson and the late Eli L. Brown and Beverly Brown of Claxton, GA.The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, August 2, 2006 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home.
