JOHN FELIX STEGALLDecember 30, 1919 - December 23, 2006ANDERSON, SCMr. John Felix Stegall, age 86, husband of Sara Wilson Stegall, of 611 Rantowles Road, Anderson, SC, died Saturday, December 23, 2006 at the Hospice House.Born in Pendleton, SC, on December 30, 1919, Mr. Stegall was a son of the late Hovie E. Stegall and Sudie Elizabeth Kay Stegall. He served in the United States Army Air Corps with the 43rd Squadron during WWII stationed in Australia. He was the Shop Foreman for Anderson Auto Parts and retired with 36 years of service. Mr. Stegall was a member of the Belton Presbyterian Church where he had served as an Elder.Survivors include his wife Sara Wilson Stegall of the home; son, John Thomas 'Tommy' Stegall of Anderson, SC; daughter, Peggy S. Heckler and her husband, Dennis of Yazoo City, Miss; grandchildren, James Leonard Mitchell Jr. and his wife Dianna, John Ryan Mitchell, and Ember Deal and her husband Arthur; great-grandchildren, Caitlin, Sonya and Katelyn; brothers, Paul E. Stegall and his wife Jean of Greenville, SC and Clarence L. Stegall and his wife Lois of Piedmont, SC, Carl D. Stegall and his wife Grace of Anderson, SC and Joe M Stegall of Easley, SCThe Funeral Service will be held at the Belton Presbyterian Church on Tuesday, December 26, 2006 at 3:00pm officiated by the Rev. Dr. Tom Malone.
