Mr. John Carl Strockman, 65, of 107 Exeter Court, Anderson, SC died on November 30th, 2105 at his residence. Born in Deland, Florida on September 6th, 1950 he was the son of the George and Dora Maria Ponzoni Strockman. John was currently retired and owned and operated restaurants most of his life. After he sold his last restaurant he worked for Bosch Industries for 15 years. John is survived by his mother: Dora Strockman; his wife: Mel Strockman of their home; a stepson: Calvin Esco Mann, IV and his grandson: Calvin Esco Mann, V. A private ceremony is planned for family members in lieu of services. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made to any animal rescue project of their choosing.
