She was 85. Born in Anderson County, Johnnie was a daughter of the late Richard Evans and Myrtie Bruce Evans. She was an inspector for Springs Mills/Wamsutta Plant.Johnnie is survived by her sons: Mike Garrison and his wife, Margaret, Dennis Garrison, Ronnie Garrison, and Richard Garrison all of Anderson, John Garrison and his wife, Brenda, of Iva; daughter, Nancy G. Martin of Anderson. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Richard M. Todd; a son, Jimmy Garrison; brother, Bo Evans; sisters, Catherine Freeman, Esther Majors, and Francis Loftis.Graveside Services will be held Saturday, March 3, 2012, at 2:00 pm. at New Silver Brook Cemetery with the Reverend Dwight Greene officiating.
