JOHNNY QUINNMarch 16, 1922 - July 13, 2008ANDERSON, SCMr. Johnny Quinn, age 86, husband of Pat Quinn of 201 Knollwood Drive, died Sunday, July 13, 2008 at his residence. Born in Greenville, SC on March 16, 1922, Mr. Quinn was a son of the late James A. Quinn, Sr., and Ida Eller Quinn. He was a graduate of Westville High School in Greenville and received more machine training from I.C.S. Institute. He was a United State Army World War II veteran and was the owner and operator of Quinn Machine Works, Inc, in Greenville until 1981. Mr. Quinn was a Captain in the Hejaz Shrine Horse Patrol in Greenville from 1967 to 1977. He was a member of the Judson Masonic Lodge #319. He was an avid golfer, boatman, horseman and camper being a former member of the Dixie Drifters Camping Club, and the Ramblin Rocker Retiree's #6 Camping Club. He was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church and the Eunice Martin's Sunday School class. Survivors include his wife, Pat Quinn of the home; daughters, Sandra Quinn Hawkins of Greenville, SC and Diane Quinn Kellett and her husband, Robert of Fountain Inn, SC; sons, Robert M. Quinn and his wife, Linda of Calhoun Falls, SC, Russell Trevor Quinn of Greenville, SC, William H. Irvin, Jr., and his wife, Judy, Steve C. Irvin and his wife, Kelly and Michael W. Irvin and his wife, Cean, all of Easley, SC; twelve grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and special children and grandchildren of Randy and Ora Moore.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James A. Quinn, Jr.The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at 4:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home officiated by Francis Pettit and the Reverend Jimmie Cash. Entombment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum. Serving as pallbearers will be Haskell Stamps, Randy Moore, Harold Smith, T. W.
