JOHNNY "JAY JAY" VICKERY, JR. HONEA PATH, SC Johnny "Jay Jay" Herbert Vickery, Jr., of Honea Path, SC, passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2013 at his residence. Born in Anderson, SC, he was the son of Johnny Herbert Vickery, Sr. and Debra Jean Shaw Vickery, both of Honea Path, SC. He graduated in 1994 from Dixie High School. He was employed at Timken as a process associate. Jay Jay loved spending time with his family and friends and enjoyed mud riding. He attended Lighthouse Baptist Church in Abbeville, SC. He is survived by his wife, Christal Vickery, of the home; his son, Blaine Vickery, of Honea Path, SC; two daughters, Jaylin Vickery and Jaycee Vickery, of Honea Path, SC; two brothers, Josh Vickery, of Pelzer, SC and Jason Vickery and his wife Chastity of Ware Shoals, SC; two nephews, Caleb and Jackson Vickery and one niece, Lexi Vickery; his father-in-law, Tony Stone; and a brother-in-law, T.J. Stone and his daughter Journi. He was preceded in death by his son, Jonathan Jordan Vickery. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, November 1, 2013 at 3:30 p.m. in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Pastor Robbie Burton and Pastor Johnny H. Vickery, Sr. officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, October 31, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Flowers will be accepted.
