Joseph Christopher Glenn, 40, of Greenville, SC, passed away on Friday, January 2, 2026, at Rainey Hospice House.
Born October 1, 1985, in Anderson, SC, he was the son of Joseph Benjamin Glenn and the late Linda Kay Keen Glenn.
Chris was a graduate of T.L. Hanna High School Class of 2004 and attended Tri-County Technical College. He was the proud owner and operator of the TypsyGypsy Nomadic Bar. He brought warmth and joy to everyone he met, always greeting them with a smile. He also had a talent for cooking and a passion for music, attending many live concerts. The joy of his life was his two beloved Dalmatians, Otis and Zeppelin, who were always by his side. But more than anything, Chris loved his family and friends who meant the world to him.
In addition to his father Joe, he is survived by his daughter, Rylee Olivia Sanders; stepmother, Melisa Glenn; sisters, Mary Miller McClure (Sean) and Bentley Marie Glenn; and nieces, Saylor Douthit McClure and Miller Kate McClure.
The family will host a celebration of Chris' life on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at 1:00 pm at Tiger Park 141 Hwy 93 Clemson, SC 29631, led by Rev. Will Nickles. Please dress comfortably and warmly . Please note the change of the new service location from the original published obituary posting.
