JOE FRANK HALL January 15, 1923 - April 23, 2006ANDERSON, SMr. Joseph Frank Hall, 83 formerly of 1905 Inman Drive, husband of the late Reba Mitchell Hall, died Sunday, April 23, 2006 at Richard M. Campbell Veterans Nursing Home in Anderson.Born in Anderson, SC on January 15, 1923, Mr. Hall was a son of the late W. A. Hall and Annie Moore Hall. He was a retired paint contractor with Entrekin & Hall and served in the United States Army during World War II in the Pacific Theatre as a medic. He was a former treasurer of Anderson React and a member of Asbury Baptist Church.Survivors include a daughter, Grace McCurley and her husband, Carl Ray of Anderson; five grandchildren including Laura Johnson and her husband, Thomas L. Johnson reared in the home and five great-grandchildren.In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a son, James W. Hall; brother, Arthur Hall and four sisters, Betty Hedden, Leola Cheek, Bessie Mae Patterson and Marie Talbot.A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2006 at 2:00 pm at New Silverbrook Cemetery in Anderson officiated by the Reverend Sam Chasteen.
