Joseph Andrew Milligan, age 62, of Honea Path, SC, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2022, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born July 11, 1960, in Raleigh, NC, he was a son of Gail Lacey Milligan and the late Joseph Robert Milligan. Andy was a member of the Marine Corps Reserves. He loved working with his hands and enjoyed a career as a carpenter. He loved woodworking and fishing and was a talented artist. Most of all, Andy loved his family, especially his nieces and nephews. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother, Thomas Milligan (Cheri) of Mt. Pleasant; sisters, Joyce Bush (Phillip) of Abbeville, Janice LeCroy of Honea Path, and Heather Milligan of Belton; 8 nieces and nephews, Tony, Greg, and Russell LeCroy, Bret and Bennet Bush, Rachel Whitfield, Jon and Riley Milligan. The family will host a memorial service on Saturday, November 12, 2022, at 1:00 pm at Concord Community Church. The funeral home will not be accepting flowers; however, memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. The family will be at the home.
