Joseph R. Williams, Jr., age 89, of Townville, SC, passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at his home. Born April 22, 1934, in Norfolk, CT, he was a son of the late Joseph R. Williams, Sr. and Julia B. Moore Williams. He was also preceded in death by 5 brothers and 2 sisters. He is survived by his wife, Gloria Jean Westfall Williams; son, Stephen Schaffer (Niki); daughters, Deborah Burton and Denise Porta (Alfred); brother, Brian Williams; 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Services will be held at a later date. Mr. Williams will be interred at Prospect Hill Cemetery in Northville, NY.
