JOSHUA OSCAR ESQUIVEL MOURILLO Joshua Oscar Esquivel Mourillo, age 18, of Greenville, SC, passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2013. Born in Austin, TX, he was the son of Oscar F. Esquivel and Yeannid Mourillo Esquivel, of Greenville, SC. He attended Palmetto High School and worked as a painter with, his father's company, New Hope Painting Company. Joshua loved soccer with his favorite team being FC Barcelona. He was also a fan of Costa Rican Soccer and he loved Bob Marley. He attended Cedar Grove Baptist Church as a child. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Geannidht Karinna Esquivel Mourillo, of Greenville; maternal grandparents, Eida Gamboa Salazar and Oscar Mourillo Rodriguez, of Costa Rica; paternal grandmother, Lucia Flores Berrun, of Mexico; uncles, Heinner and Alexander Mourillo; and his girlfriend, Breanna Leigh Day, of Pelzer, SC. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Angel Esquavel Mondragon. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Roberto Martinez and Dr. Robbie Garrett officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, prior to the service, on Saturday, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Flowers will be accepted.
