Joy English Bond, 75, of Anderson, SC passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2109 at Rainey Hospice House. Born November 29, 1943 in Anderson, SC, she was a daughter of the late Walter Jasper and Beulah Dixon English. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Janet E. Tant. Joy is survived by her daughter, Traci Nixon of Greensboro, NC, son, Bubba Nixon (Kerry); brothers, Doug English (Jackie) of Mobile, AL and Mickey English (Pam) of Charlotte, NC; sister Frances Webber of Belmont, NC; four grandchildren, Sydney, Justin, Madison and Tyler and one great-great grandchild, River. The graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, June 15, 2019 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Rev. Ed Hunsinger officiating.
