Joyce Ann Myers Butler, age 58, of Anderson, SC, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born November 25, 1962 in Anderson, she was the daughter of the late Edward Gene Myers and Mary Frances Burdette Myers. Joyce was retired from Anderson School District Five and a member of Solid Rock Holiness Church. She is survived by her husband, Charles Ray Butler; son, Daniel Butler (Mallory); daughter, Julia Butler Watkins (Tyler); one brother and four sisters; and grandchildren, Colton, Bristol, Lucas, Cooper, and Judson. The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 19, 2021, from noon-2:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm in the Chapel with Rev. Russell Kinlaw, Jr. and Rev. Daniel Evans officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Flowers will be accepted. The family will be at 105 Richey Circle, Anderson, SC.
