Joyce J. Finch passed away on Monday February 9, 2015 at Fellowship Health Rehab & Long Term Care in Anderson, SC. She was born January 30, 1939 in Rainelle, WV. She is preceded in death by her parents Lawrence and Mamie Persinger and her husband Charles W. Finch, Jr. Joyce was a practical nurse for 25 plus years in Cincinnati, OH and part time in Anderson, SC. She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Anderson, S.C. She is survived by her brother Lawrence E. (Buck) and Evon (wife) Persinger of Lewisburg, WV, nephew Lawrence E. Jr and Jeanne (wife) of Salisbury NC, niece Jamie Harvey and Eddie (husband) of Lewisburg, WV and nephew Mark Persinger of St. Charles, Mo. Stepchildren Keith and Peggy (wife) Finch, Kim and Greg (husband) Osbourn and Julie Dunn, and 5 step grandchildren. Also surviving are a very special life-long friend Carolyn Smith and a very special family friend Don Fitzergald. The family wishes to thank Fellowship Health and Rehab and Hospice for their care and love shown to Joyce during her time of illness.
