Joyce G. Hardy, 72, of Anderson SC passed away peacefully at Hospice of the Upstate on Monday, December 5, 2022. Joyce was born in Anderson, SC, to Hazel Beebe Gilliam (Lusk), and Charlie Clyde Gilliam on March 1, 1950. She was a 1968 graduate of McDuffie High School, and a well-known and respected Realtor in Anderson for over 30 years. Joyce is preceded in death by her mother and father. Joyce is survived by four sons, Scott (Andrea) of Nashville, TN, Kevin (Angela) of Lexington, SC, Clay of Boulder, CO, and Nathan (Shelly) of Seneca, SC; brother, Charlie Clyde Gilliam, Jr. (Becky) of Iva, SC; and six grandchildren: Marcus, Caroline, Gabriel, Madelyn, Mallory, and Ryan. A private service for family will be held.
