'Whitie' Thomason, died Tuesday, October 07, 2008 at NHC HealthCare in Anderson.Born in Anderson, SC on August 28, 1930, Mrs. Thomason was a daughter of the late H. T. 'Hawk' Jordan and Annie Mae Tinsley Jordan. She was a member of Homeland Park United Methodist Church and was a homemaker.Survivors include sisters, Mildred Peace, Ida Mae Hanna, Doris Ethridge, Cleo Roberts and Barbara Wilson; brothers, James C. Jordan, Larry Jordan and Bill Jordan, all of Anderson; three grandsons, Jimmy Sanders of Charleston, Eddie Sanders of Anderson and Clint Knox of Augusta, GA and five great-grandchildren.In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a son, Don Thomason; a daughter, Brenda Sanders and a granddaughter, Cheryl Sanders.The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at 2:30 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home officiated by the Reverends Steve Compton and Andy Bullions.
