Juanita Ann Nichols Stamps, 64, of Anderson, SC, passed away Sunday, August 2, 2020 at Rainey Hospice House. Born September 20, 1955 in Pickens County, SC, she was the daughter of Virginia Ada Pettigrew Nichols and the late Delbert Nichols. Juanita worked several years at Wellington Mill before devoting herself full time to her family. She is survived by her devoted husband of 44 years, Terry E. Stamps; mother, Virginia Nichols; children, Terry E. Stamps, Jr., Dmitri D. Stamps and Andria N. Stamps all of Anderson, SC; brothers, Norman Nichols (Patricia) of Starr, SC, Jack Nichols of Starr, SC and Marvin Nichols (Lorrain) of Abbeville, SC; sisters, Evelyn Gault of Starr, SC and Norma Jean McAlister (Jerry) of Anderson, SC; sister-in-law, Robbie Thomas (Allen) of Anderson, SC; and grandchildren, Donovan Stamps, Kira Stamps, Johnathan Stamps, Chloe Gentry, Anylla Stamps, Devin Woods and Desiree Woods. In addition to her father, she was predeceased by her sister, Kathy Jordan. The family will receive friends from 4:00-7:00 pm Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at The McDougald Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Rev. Phil Sears officiating. The family will be at their respective homes.
