Judah was preceded in death by his aunt, Shelby Lynn Stapleton; 2nd cousin, Caitlyn Lynette; and great aunt, Bobby Jean Strickland. He is survived by his parents, Olivia Sligh, and Johnathon Stapleton; siblings, Zacheriah Sligh, and Zillah Sligh; paternal grandparents, Jerry Stapleton, and Kimberly Sexton both of Houston Texas; maternal grandparents, Sharon Polnac and her husband Jason Polnac, and Robert Sligh, Jr. and his wife Michelle Sligh, both of South Carolina; great grandparents, Margie Randolf and Nancy Peters both of Houston Texas, Robert Sligh, Sr., and wife Donna Sligh of South Carolina and Sharon Wright of Katy, Texas; Uncle, Coltin Sligh; Aunts, Tyler Sligh and Krysten Stapleton; great aunts, Susan Dutton and Autumn and Bo Sebesta; along with several other close relatives.
