Judie Cleveland, 81, of Anderson, SC, passed away Friday, June 4, 2021, at her residence. Born December 31, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Lavora Moody Perry. Judie was married to John Cleveland until his death in 2018. She was an active member of Concord Baptist Church and spent her working career with Phil Jewelers. Judie lived and studied God's word daily. She also participated in a ladies' Bible study group. Next to God, her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren were the most important things to her. Her love of God and family were apparent to all who knew her. She is survived by her sons Lee Cleveland (Darlene) and Dean Cleveland (Nancy); grandchildren, Kyle Cleveland (Nikki) and Kristin Mattison (Josh); great grandchildren Kingston and Karter Anne Cleveland and Celia Kate and Jackson Mattison. She is also survived by her best friend of over 60 years, Joyce Murphy. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Faye Higginbotham. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at 11:00 am at the Mausoleum Chapel at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Dr. Don Cox and Rev. Mitch Houston officiating.
