Judith Ann Wagner Anderson, SC Judith Ann Wagner, age 79 died of Alzheimer's disease on Thursday, June 18, 2015. Born in Akron Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Edward Philip Kroeger and Helen Elizabeth Kroeger. She graduated from Buchtel High School in 1954 and attended the University of Akron to be a radiology technician. For 51 years, she was the devoted and loving wife of the late Don Lee Wagner. She worked as an assistant school teacher at Orchard Hollow Elementary School and later worked in insurance claims at Lubrizol Corporation until they moved to Easley South Carolina in 1984. She and her husband retired to Anderson in 1994. Judy Wagner was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran church. She enjoyed teaching Sunday school at all the churches she attended and had a great impact on the children she taught. She was a board member of the Foothills Humane Society and was a lifelong lover of all animals. She was an avid gardener, quilter and loved to do stenciling. She was very active in the churches fellowship committee and loved preparing food for the church. She was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease in 2002 and slowly been declining since. Survivors include two sisters, Kay Thorp (James) of Uniontown, Ohio and Mary Lynn McQuain (Ray) of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; one brother, Mark Kroeger of Durham, North Carolina; daughter, Laura Wagner and her husband Adrian Fawbush of Marietta, Georgia; son Paul Wagner and his wife Diane of Anderson, South Carolina; grandchildren Beth Wagner of Charlottesville, Virginia, Daniel Wagner, of Anderson, South Carolina, Jona Kinsey of Chickamauga, Georgia, Damien Fawbush of Trion, Georgia and Holly Schwab of Snellville, Georgia; great granddaughters, Courtney Vogh, Dakota and Cheyanne Schwab of Snellville, Georgia and Riley Kinsey of Chickamauga, Georgia; great grandsons Ryder Fawbush of Trion, Georgia and Samuel Kinsey of Chickamauga, Georgia. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, Ned Kroeger, of Petaluma, California. The Funeral service will be Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 11:00 am at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church with the Pastor J. Chris Fischer officiating. Visitation will be held at The McDougald Funeral Home from 9:30 am - 10:30 am on Saturday, June 20, 2015 prior to the service. Interment will be on Monday, June 22, 2015 at Fairmont Memorial Park in Alliance, Ohio.
